Refund & Exchange Policy
At De Lee’ Perfumery, each fragrance is carefully curated, packaged, and handled with intention. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products, all purchases are subject to the policy below.
ALL SALES FINAL
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns for credit, or order cancellations once a purchase has been completed.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We may offer an exchange under the following conditions:
- Item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- All seals, wrapping, and boxes must be fully intact
- Request must be made within 7 days of purchase or delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
Approved exchanges will be issued for items of equal or lesser value only. No refunds will be provided for any price difference.
We reserve the right to deny any exchange that does not meet these conditions.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used fragrances
- Items with damaged or altered packaging
- Gift cards
- Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
De Lee’ Perfumery is not responsible for allergic reactions, personal scent preferences, or misuse of products after purchase.
